About Tharathip Resort Koh Phangan

 

Tharathip Resort Koh Phangan is located at the southern corner of Wok Tum Beach. It is a medium-sized resort with a selection of rooms that range from hotel rooms to pool view and sea view bungalows.

 

The resort features not 2 but 3 swimming pools! There is also a restaurant and bar. They offer various other services.

 

Accommodation

 

All rooms feature air-con, hot water en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, fridge, safe and free wifi. Here are the acommodation options:

• Superior hotel. 26.4 sq meters. Modern hotel style room with furniture such as desk. Every room has a balcony.
• Superior pool view bungalow. 12.95 sq meters. Located next to communal pool. Hardwood interior design.
• Superior seaview bungalow. 12.95 sq meters. Row of bungalows next to the beach. Bungalows have hardwood flooring.
• Triple room 37 sq meters. Large hotel room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. With private balcony.

 

Resort facilities

 

Tharathip Resort Koh Phangan must believe that swimming pools attract guests - they have 3 on the resort. One has a slide, another has sea views and another is in an elevated position. At the front of the resort is a wide wooden boardwalk. Below this a beach. The beach can be very narrow at high tide. It is one of the better places in Wok Tum to swim in the sea.

 

The resort also has a restaurant and bar. The restaurant is open all day and serves a wide range of Western and Thai dishes.

 

There is also a massage service, a tour desk and a laundry service. Free wifi is available throughout the resort.

 

Transfers

 

Tharathip Resort offer free pick ups for guests from Thongsala if they are given 2 days notice. The resort also offer round trip taxis to Full Moon Party for 300 THB per person. Taxis leave at 20.00 and 22.00. They return at 2.00, 3.00, 4.00, 5.00 and 6.00. This is a good deal.

 

Child Policy

 

Children 3 to 11 years old sharing with parents are charged for a compulsory breakfast (175 THB a day).
