Benjamin's Hut
Great location and really comfortable beds. My only complaint would be its location next to a yoga studio that played loud music sometimes, and the food portions at the restaurant were a bit small.Hilary K, USA - Agoda
We had a great stay at Benjamin's. In our opinion it was pleasant and clean. The beach wasn't very good for swimming, but they let us use their kayak which was so wonderful!Jacquelyn B, USA - Agoda
Family run, there is a real sense of pride in the place. Gardens are beautiful and tended to daily, food is really good and service was always with a smile.Erin L, Australia - Tripadvisor
We loved it here!! Great place at the beach, very clean room, beatiful terrace with hammock, lovely and helpful staff, delicious food and drinks, wifi connection in the room. I would definitely come back here again. missyem, Australia - Tripadvisor

Benjamin's Hut
Benjamin's Hut is a small resort with fan bungalows as well as air-con bungalows. The resort has a beachfront restaurant.
The staff are friendly and the service is good. Benjamin's Hut looks like a typical backpacker resort but has surprisingly modern and comfortable accommodation to offer.
Benjamin's Hut has 19 rooms fo rent. There is a choice of fan or air-con room. With the air-con rooms there is a choice of with TV or without TV. You might be disappointed if you choose the 'with TV' option as there won't be many English speaking channels - there never is in Thailand!
All rooms are well maintained and feature hot water bathroom, spacious interiors, furniture for storage and private terrace. The bungalows are concrete with tiled floors. Some rooms are in accommodation blocks and probably don't really fit the idea most people have of a 'bungalow'.
Benjamin's Hut has a beachfront restaurant that serves a selection of Thai and Western dishes at reasonable prices. They serve all day and also have cold beers, soft drinks, juices, smoothies etc.
Rooms have air-con or fan and there is the option of a TV. The rooms also have a fridge. The best wifi connection is out the restaurant. Wifi is free. At the reception they can sort out onward travel tickets, motorbike hire and provide a laundry service.
For the Full Moon Party the minimum stay is 3 nights, for Christmas it is 5 nights and for New Year's Eve it is also 5 nights. It is OK to book in on the main night as long as you stay for (or just pay for) the required number of nights.
Children under 1 years old can stay for free. If the child is older they must use extra bedding which is provided at a charge. This is not a common child policy in Koh Phangan; let's hope it is ignored.
